  • My payment keeps getting declined, what should I do?

    Breaking it up into a few smaller amounts (like $750-$1000) may help. You can make multiple payments for one invoice. We also accept two different credit cards for payment if that is necessary. 

  • When is my payment due?

    Tuition is always due the day before orientation.

  • Where can I make payment? What payments do you accept?

    We accept credit/ debit card payments that can be paid from Populi. If you are making a cash/ check payment, please make an appointment with the Cashier’s office by emailing [email protected] to drop it off. If you are paying by Wire, please email us for instructions prior to sending payment.

  • When will scholarships be posted?

    No later than the Tuesday before tuition payment deadline. 

  • How can I apply for financial Aid?

    Please contact the financial aid email address: [email protected] 

  • Where can I get my 1098-T Tax Documents?

    The request form to receive a 1098-T will be open late October/Early November and will be sent to you via email. Please fill in the form and send it back to [email protected] by the deadline in order to receive your 1098T on time.

  • What are the cashier’s office hours?

    Mon-Thurs from 9:00 to 1:00 pm.

  • Are there scholarships available?

  • Are there payment plans available?

    We no longer offer payment plans for tuition. All tuition must be paid before Orientation Day.

  • Where can I view my tuition/ fees/ statements/ invoices?

    You can download it under  the “Financial” tab in your Populi account. Please see this image for guidance.

  • What is this fee that I’m being charged?

    Please contact [email protected] for any questions on Tuition fees. 

  • When will my fees and charges show up on my student account?

    For students who enroll during registration period without applying for a scholarship, fees and charges will be added by the Monday after registration period closes.  

    For everyone else, including Scholarship applicants, fees and charges will be added the Monday before tuition is due.  

  • Where is my refund, how will I receive it?

    The last day of the Add/Drop Period is the last day to receive a full Tuition Refund.  

    After this day, Prorated Tuition Refunds are only available to students who have completed less than 60% of the Academic Term. You will receive your Tuition Refund via your original form of payment (usually credit or debit card), or you will receive check within 30 days after the notice of Withdrawal or Leave of Absence is submitted to [email protected]. If your credit card has closed, we will mail you a check.
