Our Technology Specialists are available to provide IT support to students, faculty, and staff.


We provide the following support:

  • Maintain and support University-provided computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Provide support for University-provided software and accounts (Outlook, Populi, Canvas)
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, e-mail, and on-site (by appointment) 

IT Support FAQs

  • What type of assistance can I get from IT Support?

    IT Support can assist you with any technical issues or questions you may have, including resetting your CIAM e-mail password, assisting you in navigating and logging in to your Populi or Canvas account. IT Support can also assist you in connecting to the CIAM wifi network when you are on campus.

  • Is Microsoft Office free?

    All current students' CIAM email address provides them with a collection of Microsoft programs (including Word, Excel, and Teams). 

  • How will online classes be delivered?

    Online classes will be delivered using Canvas, the official learning management system (LMS) of the University. 

  • What if I need help logging in to Outlook, Populi, or Canvas?

    If you need assistance logging in to any of these applications, please contact IT Support, we’ll be glad to walk you through the login process.
