In today’s competitive business world, globalization has been one of the key focuses for companies which are looking to expand internationally. Companies might have done well in their home land, but when entering a foreign market, there might be challenges that require a complete game plan. Understanding the local market, consumer behavior, as well as cultural differences are all essential to being successful in international business.
About Mr. Erik Zhang:
Erik Zhang, from Toronto, Canada. Vice President at Sevenshier Consulting in China. He is an experienced business development executive in international business expansion space with a demonstrated history of working in both Canada and China. Prior to working in China, he had held various leadership roles with TD Bank Group across Canada.
His current firm in China provides local support, point of contact and relationship management to companies and organizations from overseas which are looking to expand and build local representation in China. The firm also acts as a procurement agency to assist companies globally which are looking to source products to / from China.
